Getting Around in China: 中国之旅

I hate the sticky, sweaty, dirty moments between luggage claim and arriving at the hotel when traveling long distances, especially international.  So, I like to have transportation, hotel, and the basics all figured out before I arrive anywhere.  That in mind, transportation arrangements for my China Voyage:

Beijing, airport to hotel:Viator. Beijing Airport Transfer
Beijing, day trip: Stretch A Leg or Viator
Qingdao, airport/hotel: China Airport Transfer
Xi'an, airport/hotel: Xi'an Airport Transfer, or Viator ($109 Roundtrip)
Shanghain, airport/hotel: Viator ($69)
Shanghai, morning trip: Viator
Shanghai, evening trip: Viator
